The location, by the river (creek) is really gorgeous. Simple but GOOD. After replenishing your calories, one can start a hiking from here to be entitled to have a whole Kaiserschmarrn (actually too big to eat alone) in your return.

Very nice host who serves probably the best coffee in Stubai. Their apfelstrudle is a classic but even though one of the best. Excellent fish too in a cozy and picturesque atmosphere

Very friendly staff (to us German-asian couple with kid in 1st grade). Excellent Kaiserschmarrn and roast pork. Price-worthy!

OMG where do I even start how amazing this place is??? We went to the pond to choose our fish which they then made into the most spectacular grilled trout I’ve ever had.. It cannot be more fresh than this, I’m in love with this beautiful little super authentic cottage! Place to sit and enjoy, not a QUICK lunch.. If you’re in a hurry go somewhere else, you don’t deserve this authentic experience!! Thank you

Fantastic and authentic Alm with an incredible view. Friendly service, some walking paths through the farm, and fresh trout that is grown in spring fed ponds right on the property. The Nettle Soup is wonderful too.
